Can I open an account and how do I pay?
Most of our repeat order clients have a 28 day credit account and pay via BACS payments direct to our account. We will generally ask you to pay pro forma with a credit/debit card either by telephone or online through Payatrader until our relationship has been established. We also accept payment by cheque or cash.

What are your carriage rates?
Our next day carriage is below cost, if it fits in a bag we ask £5.95, a box £7.50 and it's free over £150 nett.

What is the minimum order?
We have no minimum orders or small order charges.

How long will my order take?
This can vary depending on the garments in your order and any artwork complications but generally 5-10 working days although if you have a deadline to meet please tell us and we will do all we can to hit it.

How will my garments be packaged?
We try to minimise our plastic bag use but will individually bag each garment free of charge.
Please tell us if you want everything to be bagged (if garments are to be held as stock for instance), we will also bag 'per name' free of charge if you provide a list.
